Thirdshelf offers/rewards can be one of four types:

• Dollar Discount
• Percent Discount
• Free Product
• Free Service

The reason Thirdshelf doesn't support this is because giving customers points is essentially giving them credit for the amount of points in spending. Instead of getting them to spend $100 and earn that 100 points by giving them 100 points you would be missing out on those sales. Instead what we encourage is tangible discount like $10 off, this will automatically encourage the customer to spend more then they normally would. If you add a minimum spend like $10 off of $50 or more then you guarantee $40 coming vs 100 points which they would redeem in the future and did not earn through spending.

If you still want to proceed with offering points as a reward, select free service. You can then manually adjust points after a customer has redeemed this offer.
