At this time Thirdshelf accounts have one administrator per account and does not have the ability to add multiple users. What recommend if you wish for multiple people to have access is to setup a more general email address like loyalty@yourdomain.com and share the password with these colleagues.

Please not that to change the email associated with your account to login, you will need to email support@thirdshelf.com and our team will complete the process. Once it has been done all emails including billing will be sent to this new email address.
