Online Loyalty

Thirdshelf is an in-store loyalty program.  Currently, Thirdshelf does not provide an API nor provide any type of online loyalty program integrations with e-commerce solutions such as Shopify, BigCommerce, etc. However, your customers can still earn points on their online purchases if your e-commerce solution is connected to your in-store POS system (Lightspeed, Springboard or Vend).

If your e-commerce solution is connected to your in-store POS system either directly or through a 3rd party connector (like Hyperspace or Accumula), customers will earn points from online purchases as long as they have previously signed-up for your Thirdshelf loyalty program using the same email. To make sure they are enrolled we encourage the use of the online webform on your e-commerce website.

Note that redeeming points and rewards online is not supported.  All points and rewards redemptions must be done in-store.
