The language which you correspond with your customers can be English, French or Spanish. The Thirdshelf console is flexible enough that the email subject line and content sections can be written in any language but certain elements are hardcoded to be one of the three languages mentioned above.

To change these settings, send an email to support@thirdshelf.com and specify which language you would like as the primary language for your customers. We can also add a secondary and tertiary language if needed as long as it is one of the 3 options. 

Please note that these changes are only customer facing, the Thirdshelf Console is only available in English.
