Thirdshelf is completely free to use for 60 days or until you exceed 250 members (whichever comes first). After that it's $10 USD for every 250 members you enroll into your loyalty program. You are free to explore every feature of the product before making a decision. You are free to leave whenever you like since our plans are month-to-month.

In order to start your free trial, you'll need to first add a credit card to your account.  Don't worry, you won't be charged until your 60-day trial ends or until you exceed 250 members, whichever comes first.

To enter your payment information

Once you create your account (or login to your account for the first time), you'll be prompted to set your payment information:

Click the SET PAYMENT INFORMATION button and then enter your payment information.   The address you are prompted for is the address associated with the Credit Card you are about to enter.

If you need update or change your payment information, you can do so in the Thirdshelf Console

Navigate to Settings --> Billing

Click on OPEN BILLING PORTAL

You will be able to add and delete payment methods (credit cards) in the "PAYMENT METHODS" section of your billing portal.

Contact us if you have any trouble changing or updating your payment method.
